From the Admin Dashboard, expand Early Years then click Temperature Record.

Simply expand the child's section, enter the temperature and time it was taken.

To export a CSV, click the CSV option, select the dates and click download.

The parent will see the temperature record as part of their daily diary in the parent portal.
