From the child's profile page, click the tab Reports.

Click Create Learning Journal.

This will open a new window in your browser, from where you can select From - To dates as well as what you would like included in the journal.

The following is what you will see on the downloaded Learning Journal.

You can run other journals directly from this screen by simply changing the child in the top right hand corner.

Note: you must let the first journal appear before changing the child. When you go back to running a journal for any child, previously run journals will be listed.
