This is due to the auto-rotate properties on a mobile device. 

You will need to open the photo on a PC/laptop and re-save it to override the rotation settings. 

To do this in Windows - open the photo using the Paint tool.
To do this on a Mac - double-click the photo, which will open in Preview.

If the photo displays correctly, simply save the file.
If the photo is sideways, use the rotate function to correct this and save the file. 

Log onto the Kinderly Admin Dashboard and upload this new file as the profile photo.
