Kinetik’s Member App lets you easily manage all information around the trip you’ve scheduled for that day. If the driver is using a digitally-integrated GPS software, you’ll receive live updates on their status and even their exact location on their way to you.
Tap the Trips tab at the bottom of the screen. Find your trip under the Upcoming tab.
Your trip card shows your pickup and drop-off address and estimated arrival time. Tap the details link on the trip card to see more.
The trip details screen shows full information about your trip, your driver, and the vehicle.
If the driver is using an integrated GPS software, you can follow their location in real time by tapping the trip and selecting View Map. The map will let you follow the driver as they head to your location.
If the driver is not using a GPS software, you can still see when they'll arrive based on your scheduled pickup, but not track their location. You can call the transportation company by tapping the details link on the trip card and choosing Call Transportation Company.
