Reviews in People by Wagepoint consist of 2 parts: a review template, and the review itself.
Review templates are where HR Managers can create custom questions for the Employee and Manager to answer during the review. The review itself is what the Managers and Employees will interact with.
To start the review process, an HR Manager can create a review template with custom questions then add reviews for reviewers and their employees.
Here are the steps an HR Manager in People by Wagepoint takes to create a review:
In the Employee Reviews - Active Reviews navigation, click the Add Review button on the top right
Choose a template to apply to your new review
Check the box to add a timeline if you'd like to indicate a due date/time frame for reviews to be completed
Attach any supporting documentation to the review, such as questions in a document, reports, projects, etc. Note that both the reviewer and employee will be able to see any attachments
Choose your reviewers and the employees you'd like them to review. Note that you can choose multiple employees for the manager to review, however Kin's reviews are alway 1-1. People by Wagepoint will create a separate review for each employee
Add instructions for the Managers and for the Employees. Note that both parties will only see their own instructions during the review
Finally, click Create Employee Reviews to launch your reviews
What happens next?
Once the review is created, the reviewer and employee will receive an email to begin their review. They will also see a task on the Today page until the review is completed
The reviewer and the employee will be able to enter their feedback, save it as a draft and come back to it later, or share their feedback with each other
Once both parties have shared their feedback it will be visible to the other
The reviewer will be able to schedule a one-on-one meeting with the employee
Both parties can view HR Manager instructions and view any uploaded files, as well as upload their own
The reviewer and the employee can then answer follow up questions (if applicable), and sign off on the review.
