When customer is stuck on the Kintsugi mail what they need to do to fix it?
We can discard the address through the admin panel so that the customer can start from fresh page to fill out the form using the below steps:
1) Customer need to go to the Kintsugi admin panel and click the gear icon (configuration) at the left panel bar.
2) After clicking the Configuration option it will open tabs where you need to click the “ Kintsugi Mail” where it will shows Physical mail address where we can change the configuration.
3) Click the “Set up' from the Kintsugi Mail tab
4) Once you access the set up section click the small bot at the left side of the account
details.
5) At the above drop down (Actions) select “ View Physical Mail address “
6) Then it will show you the Physical Mail address details as shown in the below example
which you can close after.
7) Once you are back to the Organization section click again the Actions drop down and choose ' Delete physical mail address “
8) Then once selected it it prompt you with a message that the Physical mail address was deleted.
