First, log into our dashboard, where you'll see the states where you have Nexus and may need to register and file.
If you've already collected sales tax, you have two options: either refund it to your customers or remit it to the state.
To understand why you have Nexus in specific states, navigate to the Nexus tab. You'll see that Collected Tax Nexus is the reason for your status in those states.
For Economic Nexus requirements, go to the 'Not Exposed' tab to track your progress toward the threshold. The wheel will gradually fill as you approach Nexus.
