This article walks you through how to log into Arizona Department of Revenue (AZTaxes.gov) portal and update your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings. Adding Kintsugiโs secure group email allows us to access your Arizona tax registration directlyโno phone calls or back-and-forth codes needed.

Log into the AZTaxes
Go to http://AZTaxes.gov, then click โLog Inโ
Enter your credentials and click โLog Inโ
TIP: Check โTrust this deviceโ โ this helps avoid repeated 2FA prompts during the process.

Go to your account settings
Update your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method
Click โAdd Userโ
Please provide the necessary information and then click โSaveโ to confirm your entries.
NOTE: Make sure to use the Virtual Group Mail ID from the Kintsugi platform.

A one-time code will be sent to Kintsugi Mailโs inbox
Youโll see this code appear in your Kintsugi Mail Inbox
Enter the code in AZTax to verify and complete the setup
Once verified, your account is now connected. Kintsugi Mail will then be able to receive two-factor authentication codes whenever you log into your account in the future.
