This article walks you through how to log into Minnesota Department of Revenue (e-Services) portal and update your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings. Adding Kintsugiās secure group email allows us to access your Minnesota tax registration directlyāno phone calls or back-and-forth codes needed.

Minnesota e-Services login page
Your Minnesota e-Services login credentials (username & password)
The 2FA virtual mail group ID

š Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into the Minnesota e-Services
Input your credentials then click āLog Inā.
If prompted with āVerify Security Codeā, enter the security code sent through your registered email and check āTrust this browserā ā this helps avoid repeated 2FA prompts during the process, then click āConfirmā.
Go to your account settings
Update your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method
Look for āEmailā column.
Select āXā icon to remove the current email.
Once prompted to remove email, click āYesā.
Select āAdd Emailā.
Replace the existing email (if any) with Kintsugi Mail.
Enter the Virtual Group Mail ID from the Kintsugi platform.

ā(Check your Kintsugi app: Configuration > Kintsugi Mail > Virtual Mail Group > Group ID)Save the changes.
Verify the Change
A verification code will be sent to Kintsugi Mailās inbox
Youāll see this code appear in your Kintsugi Operations Inbox
Enter the code on Minnesota e-Services to verify and complete the setup
Once verified, your account is now connected. Kintsugi Mail will then be able to receive two-factor authentication codes whenever you log into your account in the future.
