This guide will walk you through the process of deleting your data in Kintsugi App.
First, go to 'Configuration' above your account name.
Next, click on 'Settings' in the Configuration tab.
Then select 'Archive'.
You will then see a dialog box (please read it carefully).
Next, enter your Organization Name and click 'Confirm' (refer to the screenshot).A pop-up message will appear in the upper right corner indicating 'Success!'
Notes:
Customer's data will be permanently deleted in 60 days, but they have the option to request an undo of the deletion during that period.
If it's a TEST organization, it will be archived in 30 days.
