Can I use my own boxes?
Updated this week

We highly recommend using our double walled Kit Keeper boxes. If you place an order for them, we will send to you as soon as you’ve placed the order.

Kit Keeper boxes are double walled meaning your items are much safer within them. Placing your items not in double walled boxes means there is a greater risk of damage to the box in transit or storage and, therefore, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the contents of the box or the box itself.

We do accept your own boxes and suitcases but we will not accept plastic boxes for storage. Your own boxes must also be no larger than 75x50x50cm and must not weigh more than 25kg when fully packed. They must be strong double walled boxes and they must be securely sealed.

Labels should be applied securely to the box.. They must be secured onto the box well enough that they will not fall off in transit. We will not be liable for lost boxes that are collected or delivered by one of our overnight services if the label is not fixed on well enough. Please also make sure you write clearly your full name and order number on the boxes.

We also recommend you take a picture of your items before the courier collects them in case of the rare chance that there are any issues.
