If you haven't received your labels either with your boxes or by email please contact a member of our team and we will send you labels to print out.

If you’ve booked a storage order with us and ordered Kit Keeper boxes, you should have received labels for your boxes with your name and order number.

If you booked a storage order and are using your own boxes or suitcases please look out for an email with your labels attached. You will need to print these and attach them to your items securely. Please also make sure to write your name and order ID on the boxes so we can identify them in the unfortunate case the labels fall off.

If your order is not being collected by one of our local couriers there may be extra labels emailed to you that must also be added to your items as well as the Kit Keeper labels.

If you have a shipping order with us, we will email you a PDF file with labels and instructions on how to label your items for shipping. As we ship with an overnight service it is crucial these labels are attached very securely. We also recommend taking a photo of your items before they are collected so they can be identified if, in the worst case, any labels come off.
