All items stored with us must not be larger than 75x50x50cm and must not weigh more than 25kg.

If your boxes are severely overweight then a courier may refuse to collect them and you will be charged for a failed collection.

If the boxes are found to be overweight once in the warehouse then we will have to charge you overweight fees. If the overweight nature of the boxes also means they are not structurally stable we may have to charge you for repacking.
