There are additional payments for special services, such as specific timeslot for collection or delivery, as well as penalty fees for overweight boxes/suitcases, missed collection or delivery, and short notice cancellations. If we need to charge you any of these fees, you will be notified and fees will be explained prior to taking the payment.
