When placing your order you will be immediately charged an upfront cost consisting of:

If you are storing your items with us for more than a month, you will be automatically charged your first storage fee exactly one week after your collection date. This payment will continue every month from that date until the last full month before your delivery date.

A couple of days before your delivery date we will calculate the week's storage in the month you have not used and will refund you the amount due. There is a final payment also charged for returning your items back to your chosen delivery address at a cost of £6.95 / item which you are charged 1 day before the delivery date.

Your remaining storage will be calculated by rounding up to the number of weeks for storage you have used under your monthly storage payment date. If you are storing for less than one month then your final payment will include just your delivery fees after the storage payment has been charged 7 days after the items have been collected.
