To make sure the Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender (Kiwi) works properly on your store, you need to enable the KiwiSizing app block in your product template.
This step ensures that the size chart appears correctly on your product pages and that all app features function smoothly. For more details, see the article: Shopify Theme Extension Requirement – What It Means for You
How to Enable the Kiwi App Block
Follow these steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Sales Channels > Online Store.
On your published theme, click Customize.
At the top center of the theme editor, open the dropdown and select Products, then Default product.
In the left-hand panel, under Product Information, click the + Add block.
Then, go to Apps and select KiwiSizing.
Finally, click Save in the top right corner.

All Kiwi app features work smoothly across your store

Right after installing Kiwi for the first time
After a theme update that may remove or overwrite app blocks
