How to Unpublish a Size Chart: Understanding the Difference Between Unpublish and Delete
Updated over 3 months ago

When managing your size charts in the Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender app, it's essential to understand the key difference between unpublishing and deleting a size chart. This distinction lies in the permanence of each action and its implications for your data.

Unpublishing a Size Chart

Unpublishing a chart removes it from public view but retains all its data and configurations within the app. This action is often reversible, meaning you can republish the chart later without the need to recreate it from scratch. Essentially, unpublishing hides the chart from public access while preserving its settings for future use.

Deleting a Size Chart

In contrast, deleting a chart completely removes it from the system, along with all its associated data and configurations. This action is permanent, making it impossible to recover the chart once deleted.

How to Unpublish a Size Chart

  1. Navigate to the specific size chart you want to unpublish. This page is also where you can delete the size chart if needed.

  2. At the top of the size chart page, locate the Published/Unpublished toggle next to the size chart title and switch it to "Unpublished."

  3. Click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
