How to Check Your Billing History and App Charges in Kiwi?

If you're wondering whether you've been charged for renewing your annual subscription or need to review the billing history for our app, follow these simple steps to access this information:

Navigate to Your Billing Page

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin.

  2. Click on Settings in the lower-left corner.

  3. Select Billing from the menu.

2. View Your Billing Information

On the Billing page, you’ll find two key options:

  • Recent Bills: Click View all billing history to see a list of paid invoices.

  • Upcoming Bill: Click View details to see the details of your upcoming invoice.

By following these steps, you can view your billing history, including any charges related to our app.
