Step 1: Downgrade to the Free plan
Open your Shopify Admin
Go to Apps
Click Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender
Open Plan
Select the Free plan
✅ This keeps Kiwi installed, but stops paid billing.
Step 2: Uninstall Kiwi (if you still want to remove it)
From your Kiwi Dashboard
Click … (More actions)
Select Uninstall
Confirm the uninstall
