How to move the size chart inside Swatch King
Updated this week

If you're using the Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender app and displaying size charts within Swatch King, you've probably asked this at some point:

"How do I change the position of the size chart? Can I move it from the right side to the left (or the other way around)?"

Great news—yes, you can, and it's easier than you think! Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Swatch King App setting:

2. Look for Size Chart Setting:

3. Change the Size Chart Alignment to “Inline with label right” or “Inline with label.

NOTE: It is important not to add any force CSS like important from Advance CSS setting of your Kiwi admin.

By implementing this, Swatch King will wrap Kiwi’s sizing link/button into its own container, and the position will be fully managed by the Swatch King app.

For instance, if you select the "Inline with label" option, Swatch King will nest the chart right after the size label:

The second option, "Inline with label right," will push the chart to the right:

Special case: if you don’t want to place the chart in this position and you still want to use Kiwi injection settings - here are some things to consider:

Default behavior of Swatch King: Swatch King, by default, expects you to select one of the sizing chart apps, and when you select Kiwi, it will inject the size chart inline with the size span.

If you don't want Kiwi to appear inline with the size span, you can deselect Kiwi from the Swatch King settings. However, to maintain functionality, you must switch to another size chart app temporarily, even if you don’t have it installed.

So in this case, for example, if you wish Kiwi to be displayed above your ATC button, you can set some other app here, and Swatch King will stop looking for Kiwi on the page. This will allow you to use Kiwi’s regular injection settings. However, if Kiwi is selected inside Swatch King, as mentioned earlier, it will wrap Kiwi into its own container in order to align it with the size span. This will stop Swatch King from looking for Kiwi within its default positioning logic, thus allowing Kiwi to use its UI injection settings, which would give you more flexibility in placing it wherever you like on the page.
