How to Share a Template
Go to Templates and open the template you want to share
Press "Save Template"
Check the box "Make template visible to clinic members"
Your template will now appear in your teammates' Templates tab.
What Your Teammates See
Once you've shared a template, your teammates will see it listed in their Templates tab with two icons (Actions) next to it:
👁 Eyeball Icon - Copy & Edit Independently
Clicking the eyeball icon lets your teammate preview the template and copy it. After closing this, they can press "Create Template" to save their own version.
From there, they can open the AI chat inside the template builder and customize it however they like.
Keep in mind: If you update your original template later, their copy won't change - they're working from their own independent version.
+ Icon - Subscribe to Your Template
Clicking the "+" icon lets your teammate subscribe to your template. They'll always see the most up-to-date version whenever you make edits.
Keep in mind: With this option, teammates can't edit the template themselves. If they want to make changes, they'll need to use the eyeball icon to copy it instead.
