Marketing is where you build your practice's public presence on Klarify. It has four parts: a public profile page, a blog Klara writes with you, an inbox for messages from prospective clients, and stats that show how it's all going. When someone asks ChatGPT or searches Google for a therapist near them, your page is built to be the answer.
You'll find it in your dashboard sidebar under Marketing. It is included with Sprout and higher, and during your trial. For plan prices, see Klarify Pricing.
What's included
My page: your public profile. It lives at klarify.ca/therapists/your-name and shows your bio, specialties, fees, locations, FAQs, and how to reach you.
My content: your blog. Klara drafts posts, you approve every word before anything goes live.
Inquiries: messages from prospective clients who reach out from your page.
Stats: page views, unique visitors, inquiries, and where your traffic comes from.
Your profile also appears in Klarify's therapist directory at klarify.ca/therapists, which has pages by city, specialty, insurance, and language. Every blog post gets its own page under your URL, and your most recent posts appear on your profile.
Set up your profile
The first time you open Marketing, you'll choose one of two paths:
Auto-fill with Klara: recommended if you already have a website or Psychology Today page.
Start from scratch: fill everything in by hand.
Auto-fill with Klara
Press Auto-fill with Klara.
Paste a link to your practice website or Psychology Today profile.
Klara reads the page and fills in your bio, specialties, fees, languages, locations, and contact info. This usually takes under a minute.
Review the result. Highlights mark what Klara added or rewrote from your source page. Edit anything, then move on to publishing.
Nothing is published until you review it and press publish yourself.
The profile sections
The My page tab is organized into sections. Each one saves on its own:
Identity: headshot (PNG, JPG, WebP, or AVIF, up to 10 MB), occupation, credentials, pronouns, and a one-line tagline.
Where you work: your country, state or province, and city, plus the regions you're licensed or authorized in. There's a telehealth-only option if you have no in-person location.
URL: your public address, like klarify.ca/therapists/jane-smith. Availability is checked as you type.
About: your bio, with a rich-text editor for headings, bold, and links.
Practice: specialties, approaches, populations, languages, and session formats (in-person, video, phone). Clients filter on these in the directory.
Fees & insurance: fee per session, currency, fee notes (for example a sliding scale), and the insurers you accept.
Office locations: each address links to Google Maps on your public page.
Contact: phone and website. Your Klarify account email receives inquiries automatically and is not shown publicly.
Credentials: education entries, plus a switch to display your license number. It stays hidden unless you turn it on.
Frequently asked questions: Q&As surfaced to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. This is the single biggest lever for being recommended, so aim for 3 to 5. Use Suggest a question if you're not sure where to start.
Publish your page
The header shows what's left before you can go live. Required: a headshot, your name, a tagline, a bio, your URL, and your country and city.
Fill in the required items until the to-do count reaches zero.
Press Publish.
Use View live page or Copy link to check the result and share it.
Your URL locks once you publish. Changing it would break inbound links and erase your search rankings, so pick one you're happy with. Contact support if you truly need a change.
You can unpublish at any time from the same header. Keep in mind that staying unpublished for a long time can drop your search rankings, so we recommend leaving your page live once it's up.
Blog posts: Klara writes, you approve
Blog posts live in the My content tab. Every post gives ChatGPT and Google another reason to recommend you, and lets prospective clients get a sense of how you think before they reach out. There are two ways to create one.
Write with Klara
Press Write with Klara.
Tell Klara what the post should be about, or press Suggest a topic.
Optionally attach up to 5 sessions for context, or turn on Draw from my whole practice. Attached transcripts are anonymized before they're sent to the model. The post never mentions a client and keeps details general.
Pick a voice (Warm or Clinical) and a length (Short, Medium, or Long).
Open Show up in search & AI answers to choose what the draft includes: an FAQ section, citations and sources, key takeaways, a search title and preview, a search phrase, and links to your other pages (available once you've published 3 posts). The visibility score shows how easy the post will be for Google and AI assistants to find.
Press Start the draft. Drafting usually takes 20 to 60 seconds, and you can leave the page while Klara works.
Read the draft and edit anything. You can also ask Klara in the side panel to rewrite, expand, or polish it. If anything feels too specific, ask her to make it more generic.
Press Publish when you're happy. Nothing goes live until you do.
Create from scratch
Press Create from scratch for a blank editor: a title, an optional category and cover image (up to 10 MB), and a rich-text body. Everything autosaves as you write, with a live word count and read time.
One important note: posts only appear publicly after your profile is published. If your profile is still a draft, publish it first and your posts will surface automatically.
What blog posts cost
Your first 3 posts are free. You publish the first one during setup, on us. Every post counts toward your allowance, whether Klara writes it or you write it from scratch.
After that, posts require the Marketing add-on: $100 USD a month for your first 6 months, with an allowance of up to 10 posts a month. Add it from Settings → Plan & Billing; the current rate always shows on the add-on card. The allowance resets with your billing period.
Inquiries
Visitors press Send a message on your public page. Here's what happens:
The message lands in your Inquiries tab and in your email inbox.
Reply straight from your email. Your reply goes directly to the client, and they receive a confirmation copy of their original message.
Mark inquiries as handled or archive them to keep the list tidy.
You control who can reach you: in Where you work, set your regions and use Allow people outside my regions to message me to accept or block messages from elsewhere.
Stats
The Stats tab shows how your page is performing over the last 7, 30, or 90 days:
Page views, unique visitors, inquiries, and inquiry rate.
Views over time, and how traffic splits between your profile and your posts.
Traffic sources: direct, search, social, other pages on Klarify, and referrals from other websites.
Your top posts.
A new page needs about a week of traffic before the trends are meaningful. Stats are included with Bloom and higher, or with the Marketing add-on on any plan.
Clinics and teams
Marketing is built for solo practices today. A version for multi-therapist clinics is on the way: a clinic page, a page for each therapist, and shared inquiry handling. If your clinic wants it, open Marketing and press Show interest, and we'll let you know the moment it's ready.
Your data and privacy
Klara only reads session content when you attach sessions to a post or choose Draw from my whole practice. Attached transcripts are anonymized before they're sent to the model, and posts keep details general.
Nothing is published without your approval. You review every word on your profile and in every post before it goes live.
