Create a worksite

Go to the “Worksites” menu, then click the + icon in the top-right corner.

Step 1: Enter general information

  • Name your worksite

  • Enter the address using smart detection

  • Choose the color of your choice

  • Select the client associated with the worksite

Move on to Step 2 by clicking “Next.”

⚠️ Important
Fields marked with an * must be filled in before you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Select one or more site managers

A search bar is available if needed. You can select one or more site managers depending on your worksites.

At least one person must be selected to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Choose one or more site supervisors

This step is optional. You can skip it without making a selection.

As in the previous step, you can select one or more people if needed.

Step 4: Select technicians

This step is optional. Again, you can select one or more team members if necessary, or move directly to the next step.

All selected members will be involved in the life of the worksite. They can be added to the schedule and communicate together via the messaging system.

Step 5: Add the equipment that will be used on the worksite

If you haven’t created any equipment yet, you can do so directly using the “Create equipment” button.

Otherwise, simply select one or more pieces of equipment from the list.

This allows you to manage equipment scheduling, availability, and usage time.

This step is optional. You can proceed to the next step.

Step 6: Enter your subcontractors

If you work with partners or subcontractors, this step is for you.

From this window, you can create subcontractors and then select them from the list to add them to the worksite.

Step 7: Choose the different trades

For large worksites, it can be useful to plan the involvement of different trades to ensure consistency.

This step allows you to select one or more trades:

  • Either one trade within a category

  • Or an entire category

The “Select all” option lets you choose all items within a category.

This step is optional.

Step 8: Schedule your lots (trades)

If you selected trades in Step 7, you will need to define the schedule for each part.

This helps set a project timeline and ensures the worksite stays on track.

If nothing was selected in the previous step, you can go directly to Step 9.

Step 9: Set up the document template

This step lets you choose the document structure for the worksite.

You can start from scratch by selecting “Empty structure” or choose a predefined template.

The template can of course be modified later.

Step 10: Confirm the creation of the worksite

All that’s left is to confirm the creation of your worksite so you can find it in your interface!
