Via a worksite
In the “Worksites” menu, you will find your ongoing worksites. Each worksite includes a Schedule tab. The goal is to have an overview, per worksite, of past and upcoming events.
When you are inside a worksite and click on the “Schedule” tab, you will see all scheduled events displayed by week or month, depending on the selected view.
Each row represents the schedule of the project members. At any time, you can add an event by right-clicking on the desired day and user.
You can then add a task and fill in the event details. The “User” and “Worksite” fields are automatically pre-filled.
If necessary, simply add:
A lot (trade)
A date with a start time and end time
And why not a small reminder note!
Once created, the event is added to the schedule on the web interface and also appears in the mobile application.
Via the “Worksite Schedule” menu
When you go to the “Worksite Schedule” menu, you will find a global view (all worksites combined) organized by users.
This view can be displayed by day, week, or month, which is ideal for getting a global overview of past and upcoming stages.
By clicking on the yellow briefcase icon, you can activate the worksite view.
By selecting the user icon, only users with scheduled events will be displayed (excluding those with no planned events).
The “index” icon allows you to extend an event over several days.
After confirming the entry, you can specify the worksite on which the user will work, along with a start time and an end time.
Equipment scheduling
In the “Equipment” tab, you can schedule events for equipment, making it possible to know when machines are available or unavailable.
Simply click the + button in the top-right corner to create an event, or right-click on the desired cell when using the week or month view.
Then fill in the required information such as:
Time slot
Lot (if needed)
And optionally a note
The equipment will then be reserved for the selected worksite and will not be available for use elsewhere.
Subcontractor scheduling
In the “Subcontractors” tab, you can schedule events by clicking the + button in the top-right corner or by right-clicking on a time slot (in week or month view).
You will then need to fill in the scheduling details and confirm.
This provides visibility into the time spent by partners on the worksite and helps better structure and manage the project.
