The menu redirects you to different sections, some of which were mentioned in the tutorial dedicated to the home page.
My schedule
This tab takes you to all your events, both past and upcoming.
It allows you to view the worksite tasks you have completed.
The “In progress” button displays unfinished tasks.
The “History” button displays completed events.
Absences
This menu displays ongoing requests by default.
By selecting the “History” button at the bottom of the screen, you can view all your requests.
A green “Approved” tag appears if your manager has approved your leave.
A red “Rejected” tag plus a reason appear if your manager has rejected your leave.
An orange “Pending” tag appears if your manager has not yet taken action on your request.
The + button allows you to submit a new request.
My hours
This section displays a monthly summary of your hours with an automatic counter.
Using the + button at the bottom of the screen, you can create a new timesheet.
Messaging
The “Messaging” tab allows you to view all conversations, whether direct messages or worksite chat discussions.
The search bar lets you enter a keyword to find conversations more quickly.
The + button at the bottom of the screen starts a new direct or group conversation.
Calls
The “Calls” tab allows you to make a voice or video call to one of your teammates from the app.
The search bar helps you quickly find your contact.
💡 Good to know
Your users do not need to have a phone number in order to make calls.
View my worksites
This tab takes you to all the worksites you are part of.
By clicking on one of them, you can access documents, chat, schedule, and tasks.
My profile
In this tab, you can view your profile information. Only the last name and first name fields can be edited.
For any other changes, you will need to contact an administrator.
At the bottom of the page, you can also configure which notifications you want to receive.
By default, the account settings are applied.
Language
Each user can select their preferred language, which will apply to their entire environment.
Available languages are: French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and Polish.
