The alternative
The alternative climbing set is the Affenling set, which has the same triangle but an asymmetric seesaw and a matching slide. Which one you prefer is a matter of taste. Both sets can be used for a long time. I would choose the Lemurenling set if there are siblings and the Affenling set if there is only one child.
The 3-piece sets for 1-5 year olds
If your child is easily distracted and you want to be on the safe side, don't start with the biggest set, but buy a smaller one with a climbing triangle with a maximum height of 60 cm - the triangle is called a Zicklein. In the set, this is called the Zickenling set and includes the 5-way height-adjustable triangle, the 100 cm ladder slide and a small climbing arch. The set is perfect for institutions such as occupational therapy, nurseries, physiotherapy, doctors' surgeries, restaurants and of course parents who want to start small. The height is adjusted using a knob on each side: loosen the knob, pull the two sides of the rung apart and push them back together in the new position. A cogwheel prevents the construction from moving.
