How to Contact Offer Partner: MyChips

Missing rewards? Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for offer partners to process rewards. If 72 hours have passed and you still haven't received credit, follow the steps below to contact MyChips directly:

  • Go to the Earn Page in Klink Mobile App, or Home Page on Klink Web App.

  • Then select MyChips in the Ecosystem Partners, and open MyChips Offerwall.

  • Click "Support" on the top menu of MyChips Offerwall.

  • Select the offer that is missing rewards.

  • Select the specific task(s) you completed.

  • On the support menu, click Contact Us button

  • Fill in the form with as much detail as possible and submit your ticket.

Step 2: Click MyChips and Open MyChips Offerwall

Step 3: Open Support Menu and Choose the Offer

Step 4: Choose the Task You Didn't Receive Your Rewards

Step 5: Fill the Contact Form

Please provide detailed evidence to prove you completed the offer. This helps speed up the support process. Include the following:

  • User ID: Your unique identifier within the offer/game.

  • Start Date: When you started the offer.

  • Proof of Completion: Screenshots showing you finished the required task.

  • Receipts: If the offer required a purchase, attach the receipt or transaction ID from the App Store or Google Play.

Note: MyChips typically responds within 3 business day.
