Why is a Klipboard Client or Client Location or Supplier Not Syncing to Xero?

If a Client or Client Location or Supplier record created on Klipboard fails to get synced to Xero, we will display an error message. The usual failure for a Client or Client Location or Supplier record not syncing is due to the record not having unique details as per Xero's specific rules detailed below:

  • Unique name

  • Unique Email address
