The App Marketplace is your single home for connecting Knock2 to the rest of your stack — CRMs, sequencers, ad platforms, your Website Agent tools, and the Slack and Microsoft Teams channels your team gets notified in.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Integrations → App Marketplace.
What you'll find
CRMs — HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio
Sequencers — Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Instantly, HeyReach, Amplemarket, Smartlead, Unify
Ad platforms — Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads coming soon)
Website Agent — ChiliPiper
Notifications — Slack, Microsoft Teams
Connecting an integration
Search or browse for the tool you want.
Click Connect and complete the authorization (OAuth or API key, depending on the tool).
Once connected, it becomes available as an output in your Plays.
Slack and Microsoft Teams in the marketplace
Slack and Teams work a little differently from the other integrations: they are connected one channel at a time. The Slack and Microsoft Teams cards show up under Notifications once at least one channel is active, and the Account column shows the channel name (or how many channels are connected).
Click either card to open it. From there you can:
See every connected channel, who connected it, and whether it is active.
Click Configure next to a channel to open its settings page, where you choose what that channel receives.
Choose Add channel from the ⋯ menu to connect another channel. For Slack this opens Slack's channel picker; for Teams it opens the Workflow URL form.
Click Manage in Settings to jump to the full Slack or Microsoft Teams settings page.
Channels are disconnected individually from their settings page, so there is no single "Disconnect" for Slack or Teams in the marketplace.
💡 Each channel has its own standard notification settings (new contacts identified, new accounts identified, plus filters). Plays can post to any connected channel and use their own filters instead, so the channel's settings page also lists the Plays that post there. See Connecting Slack and Send Knock2 notifications to Microsoft Teams.
Good to know
Some integrations connect at the workspace level (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce), while others connect per user (e.g. several sequencers) — each teammate connects their own account.
Slack and Microsoft Teams channels still have their own pages under Settings → Notifications. The marketplace is where you see what is connected and add channels; the settings pages are where you configure each channel.
Detailed setup steps for each tool are covered in their individual help articles.
