How to create an account, log in, reset your password, and access multiple accounts

This article covers how to register for a new Sponsored Listings account, how to log in, and how to regain access if you're locked out.

How to register a new account

  1. Go to the Sponsored Listings registration page and click Create Account.

  2. Enter your business email address and create a password.

  3. Fill in your account details:

    1. legal entity name

    2. billing address

    3. contact information

  4. Verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox.

  5. Once verified, you can log in and begin setting up your advertiser account.

⚠️ Note: Your Sponsored Listings login is separate from your Booking.com extranet login. Use the email and password you created during registration, not your Booking.com credentials.

How to log in

  1. Enter the email and password associated with your advertiser account.

  2. Click Log In.

If you manage multiple advertiser accounts, all of them will be accessible from the same login. Switch between accounts using the account dropdown in the upper right corner. No need to log out and back in.

Forgot your password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.

  2. Enter your registered email address.

  3. Check your inbox for a reset link (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes).

  4. Follow the link to set a new password.

Accessing multiple accounts with one login

One user can have access to multiple advertiser accounts without needing separate logins. If a colleague has granted you access to an additional account:

  1. Log in with your existing credentials.

  2. Click the account name dropdown in the upper right corner.

  3. Select the account you'd like to view.

If an account you expect to see is missing, ask the account admin to add you under Advertiser Tools > Users > Add User.

Troubleshooting login issues

  • Account not found - confirm you're using the email address you registered with (not your Booking.com extranet email).

  • Session expiring on every visit - avoid using incognito/private browser windows, which clear session cookies when closed. Use a standard browser with cookies enabled.

  • Can't complete registration - check that your browser allows cookies and pop-ups from the registration page. Try a different browser if the issue persists.
