We love to receive feedback as it helps us to create even better resources for you.

You can give feedback on:

  • Content

  • Questions

  • Platform

Content

Click on the "megaphone" icon.

Once you have clicked the icon, a pop-up will appear allowing you to give feedback on specific textbook sections like spelling mistakes and suggestions to add, edit, or remove content.

Questions

You can leave feedback on all the questions you find on the platform: section checkpoint questions, exam-style questions, short answer questions, and multiple-choice questions.

As an example, when you are creating an assignment, click on the question, then "Show answers". Scroll down until you find "Report Feedback or Error on Question). You will have an option to choose what type of error/feedback you wanted to submit, from the pop-up that will appear after you clicked on the link.

Please know that your feedback will then be sent to our team of subject specialists, who will respond to it as soon as possible.

You can also give feedback when creating your own questions.

Platform

You can also give feedback by clicking on the Kognity icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and by talking directly to one of our support team members. Here you can get in touch to let us know what you think about Kognity's user-friendliness, design, accessibility to features, etc.

Of course, you can also use this chat function to ask general questions or to make changes to your account and access.

In addition to the incorporated feedback icons, you can always reach us at support@kognity.com!
