There are several ways in which technology can enhance your teaching, especially for students who may struggle with their learning.

While Kognity is not designed specifically for higher or lower-ability students, it does offer features that can assist those who need extra support. Here are some solutions within the 'Reading Assistance' feature to address common concerns:

Students struggling with English: Some students may not have English as their first language. In the 'Reading Preferences,' students can translate the text either word by word or the entire section into their preferred language.

Students with low reading ability: Some students may have difficulty with reading speed or comprehension. Kognity allows text to be read aloud, with options for a female or male voice and voice speed, which can help students follow along more easily.

Students with dyslexia: Dyslexic students may find certain fonts or colors more readable. Kognity offers the option to change the font and color of the text, which can make it more accessible to students with dyslexia.

These features can make a significant difference in the learning experience for students who may need additional support. If you have any feedback or suggestions, we would love to hear from you!
