When you send a question assignment to your students, they'll get instant feedback once they've submitted it, and we'll auto-grade all their answers for you. If you're a planner, we can schedule assignments too!

Step 1: Click on the 'Create Assignment' button in the class you will send the assignment and click on 'Question assignment' from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select your questions

Select questions from the question bank or create your own question and preview questions by clicking directly on them you can also easily see:

a) If you have already used a question. (These questions will have a paper plane icon beside them)

b) Which sections questions relate to.

The questions can be multiple-choice or short answers.

When you're done, click 'Step 2' at the bottom right of the page.

Step 3: Modify the assignment and send it

  • Create a name for your assignment

  • Check the recipients of the assignment (you can deselect students in this area).

  • Add a message to your students if you want to give precise instructions.

  • Set a deadline

  • On the Submission settings, you can set how the results will be shown to the students, by default, this is checked and the correct answers will show once they completed the assignment. Also, the assignment by default is set to allow late submissions (this would mean that the assignment will not be removed from their view once they have started on it, only completion will remove it from the student’s view)

  • Rearrange your questions if you want

  • Either click 'Review and Schedule' if you want to send it in the future or 'Review and Send' if you're ready to send it out now
