Content
Click on the megaphone icon.
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to give feedback on specific textbook sections like spelling mistakes and suggestions to add, edit, or remove content.
Questions
Leave feedback on all the questions you find on the platform, including section checkpoint questions, exam-style questions, short answer questions, and multiple-choice questions.
For example, when creating an assignment, click on the question, then "Show answers". Scroll down until you find "Report Feedback or Error on Question". You will have an option to choose what type of error/feedback you want to submit from the pop-up that appears after you click on the link.
Your feedback will then be sent to our team of subject specialists, who will respond at their earliest convenience.
You can also give feedback when creating your own questions.
Platform
Give feedback by clicking on the Kognity icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and talking directly to one of our support team members. Here you can let us know what you think about Kognity's user-friendliness, design, accessibility to features, etc.
Of course, you can also use this chat function to ask general questions or to make changes to your account and access.
