Filling in your profile information ensures that the person receiving your call can recognize you and understand the context of the call. A complete profile builds trust and helps your communication run smoothly.

Personal profile:
Name
Phone number
City (optional)
Business profile (in addition to the above):
Job title
Company name
🟣 How do I fill in my profile information?
Open the Koll app
Go to the “Profile” section
Fill in the required fields one by one
Save your changes by tapping “Save”
If you’ve been invited to a company profile:
Confirm the invitation you received
Fill in your company-specific details (name, title)
🔄 Can I update my profile later?
Yes! You can update your personal details at any time in the Profile section of the app.
The company name and logo can be edited through the admin portal (by the account administrator).
