Calling with different profiles
In the Koll app, you can make calls using different roles, either as a private person or as a company representative.
🟣 Profile types:
Private profile
You call under your own name, without company details.
This is ideal for personal use, volunteering, or calling acquaintances.
Business profile
You call as a representative of a company.
The call receiver will see:
Your name and job title
Your company name
The purpose of the call
🟣 Choosing a profile before calling
You can choose which profile to use before starting a call:
Open the Koll app
Select the person or contact you want to call
Choose your profile (private / business)
Write the purpose of the call and start calling
→ The receiver will see the information linked to your selected profile in the message or on their screen, depending on whether they also use Koll.
➕ Can I have more than one business profile?
Yes, you can!
If you work for more than one company, you can have multiple business profiles in the app:
Switching between profiles is easy, just select the one you want before calling
Each profile includes its own name, title, and company details
The company’s main administrator approves your access to their organization
🟣 Managing profiles
You can manage your profiles in the “Profiles” section of the Koll app. From there, you can:
Edit your personal information
Change your default profile
Deactivate a profile if your work role changes
