The SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit scheme (SEPA B2B Direct Debit) is intended for payments between companies. It is used exclusively in transactions with business clients. A valid mandate is required to debit amounts from a company's business account.
How can I submit a mandate?
Your Kontist account supports B2B direct debits.
If you would like to submit a corresponding mandate, please send the fully completed form by email to support@kontist.com or via the chat in the app.
We will forward the mandate to our banking partner Solaris SE and notify you once it has been successfully registered.
How can I cancel a mandate?
If you wish to cancel a previously submitted mandate, simply send us a short message including the mandate reference number and a note requesting the cancellation.
You can find the reference number either on your account statement or directly in the app by tapping on the relevant transaction.
