How can I reject a direct debit?

You can request a SEPA direct debit reversal yourself in the app, up to 8 weeks after the original debit.
The amount will be credited to your account immediately.

To revoke a direct debit, please log in to the Kontist app.
Tap on the transaction you want to reverse > Initiate refund > Confirm.

In exceptional cases, a direct debit can be reversed up to 13 months after the debit date. To do so, please contact our customer support via email at support@kontist.com or via chat.

Please note: B2B direct debits cannot be reversed.
