You can reject a debit within 8 weeks.

If you haven’t given a direct debit authorization, the period is extended to 12 months.

SEPA Direct Debits B2B cannot be rejected.

If you would like to reject a debit, just log into the Kontist app. Click on the transaction you want to dispute - Initiate refund - Confirm.

The amount will be credited within three working days to your account.
