You can modify your personal and payment details within your Koongo Billing profile. If you change your payment method, the new payment method will be used in the next billing period.

You can manage and update your billing and payment details within My Plan & Pricing and Billing Overview sections. Simply click the button Edit Billing Details to be redirected to Frisbii, where you can fully manage your billing information and payment methods.

For security purposes, a one-time access code will be sent to your registered email address.

If you are still using the legacy plans, navigate to My Koongo, log in, and select Billing Overview from the left menu.

Click then the Billing Profile button​

Modify your account or payment details within your Billing account if you are still using the legacy plans.
