What payment methods does Koongo offer?

Koongo currently supports several payment methods:

The Koongo payment is based on the subscription amount confirmed in your Koongo account - Koongo plan activation. The Koongo subscription is paid monthly in advance. e.g. at the end of January, you pay for the February period. The Koongo subscription can be modified on a monthly basis. Direct Debit (SEPA)

SEPA Direct Debit is a pull-based payment method that allows a creditor or merchant to debit a debtor/consumer’s bank account, provided the debtor has signed a valid mandate to allow the merchant to withdraw the money. SEPA Direct Debit is available in the 36 SEPA countries and associated territories.

SEPA direct debit is exclusively available in Euros, and the payee must have the payer’s International Bank Account Number (IBAN) to collect a SEPA payment. If you activate the Direct Debit payment, please open your bank account and insert the reference mandate and creditor id. This information is listed on your Koongo invoice. Please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.

Credit or Debit Card

Please insert your credit or debit card information and click Continue. Koongo monitors your credit card information. If the credit card is near its expiration date or blocked, Koongo will automatically send you an email notification. You can modify your credit card information easily within your Billwerk account

iDEAL

iDEAL is a popular payment method widely used in the Netherlands. It allows customers to make online purchases directly from their bank account using online banking

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a mobile payment service by Apple Inc. that allows users to make payments in person, in iOS apps, and on the web. It is supported on iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, and Vision Pro.
