Some nannies may be able to access additional accredited training for free, paid for by the UK government funding via the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA). This training includes accredited (NCFE/TQUK) Level 2 and 3 qualifications.

Level 2 courses are delivered online, and take 1-2 hours a week for up to 16 weeks. These courses are normally self-paced, so they can fit in around your schedule.

Level 3 diplomas are also delivered online, and take 3-5 hours each week, for up to 12 months. These courses are more structured, with set assignments and timeframes.
