Your Koru Kids Dashboard is one of the easiest ways to determine where you are in the application process.

Quick Links

❗When you first log into your account you have an overview of everything needed to complete your application.

This includes:

· Completing your profile 👤

· Submitting your references 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

· Important Checks ✅

· Uploading your Documents 🪪

Your References 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

1️⃣ If you have submitted both of your references and either one says ‘Awaiting response’ this means that we have emailed your referee, but they have not gotten back to us yet.

⭐ In cases like this, we recommend simply reaching out to them and letting them know that we have been in touch.

2️⃣ If you have submitted both of your references and either one says ‘Reviewing Reference’ this means your referee has sent in their response and a member of our team is currently reviewing it.

⭐ Our team is working as quickly as possible to get these done so, please bear with us.


3️⃣ If you have submitted both of your references and either one says ‘More Information Needed’, this means we have sent either your referee or yourself a follow-up email to confirm some further clarification.

If you have received an email, you just need to simply reply to that email with the information we are asking and if you have not received an email that means we have sent your referee a follow-up email instead.

✅ References on your dashboard once approved, will look something like this:

1️⃣ If you have submitted your ID documents and the status is ‘Awaiting review’ this means that we have successfully received your documents and a member of our team shall review them shortly.

⭐ Our team is working as quickly as possible to get this done so, please bear with us.

✅ ID documents on your dashboard once approved, will look something like this:

✅ Final Checks ✅

If you have just completed all the steps on your dashboard and it says 100% complete this means that you have submitted all the information on your side and now it’s up to us to complete our review process, get in touch with your references and review your documents.

⭐ Please allow our team a few days to get this done and be sure to look out for any emails or messages from our team.

❗ If your dashboard says 100% complete and all sections have been reviewed and completed as well but you are not able to message families, this just simply means that our team is completing our final checks and you shall be emailed when your application is live.

❗ If has been a few days and your dashboard says 100% complete and all sections have been reviewed and completed be sure to check your emails as sometimes we may have emailed regarding our final checks and are awaiting a response from you.

❗ If your dashboard says 100% complete and all sections have been reviewed and completed as well but you are not able to message families we will be in the process of reviewing your application. Please allow at least 5 days before reaching out to us.
