Kosmo offers a wide range of delivery types, this article is a simple guide to help you find the most suitable one for each of your orders, based on your product and your customers' requests.
Instant Delivery
🚀 Instant delivery is the fastest option and it is ideal for fresh food and urgent deliveries. It also allows you to arrange multi-drops deliveries (pickup in one place, delivery to multiple customers) which can reduce your delivery costs by 30-40%
You can either schedule your instant delivery in the future (up to 7 days in advance) or request a pick-up As Soon As Possible (ASAP). A courier will pick-up your order at the scheduled time and the order will be completed within 1h from pickup. The delivery time might vary based on time of the day, your location, and number of stops you request.
Instant Delivery option is available with a broad range of vehicles, meeting all businesses' requirements.

4 Hours Delivery
💰 4 Hours is the cheapest option for single drop, same-day delivery. It is ideal for not perishable food and non-bulky products (max 20Kg).
You can either schedule your 4 Hours delivery in the future (up to 7 days in advance) or request a pick-up As Soon As Possible (ASAP). A courier will pick-up your order within the 2 hours slot you selected and the order will be completed within 4 hours from the order creation or the scheduled pick-up time.
4 Hours Delivery is available only with motorbikes and cars and does not allow to arrange multiple stops deliveries (1 pickup - 1 dropoff).

Standard Delivery
📦 Standard delivery is the cheapest delivery option for e-commerce and not urgent delivery. The order is normally delivered within 24 hours (Next-day) or 72 hours (Next-3-days) from when the package is picked up at your location.
Couriers offering Standard delivery normally bring the packages to their dispatching centre after pickup and then send it for delivery the following day (Next-day delivery) or after a few days (Next-3-days).
Because of this process, standard delivery is not suitable for fresh food and perishable goods (flowers etc...). Standard delivery couriers don't allow to schedule an exact pick-up time, customers can only select the ASAP pick-up time and a driver will come to pickup the parcel during their operating hours (9.00am - 9.00pm).
To arrange a standard delivery, users are requested to provide the parcel's information (size and weight)
