As an Admin, see how you can help your Agents engage with contacts via CORE Home impersonation.

Overview

As an Admin, you may need to help your Agents communicate with their contacts. Using CORE Home makes it even easier because you can reach out as your Agents using the CORE Home Chat.

Please Note: Admins can only impersonate the Agent to the contacts within their entity. Ex: Team Admins can use CORE Home Chat with Team-owned leads.

  • Company Admins may impersonate the Agent for Company-owned, and Team-owned leads

  • Team Admins may impersonate the Agent for Team-owned leads

  • Office Admins may impersonate the Agent for Company-owned leads

Company Admins, Please Note: These settings only apply to accounts with duplication turned on. For information on your account duplication setting please reach out to PRO Support at prosupport@insiderealestate.com!

How to Access & Respond to Agent Chats

From your btPRO Smart CRM Agent chats that you have access to will be automatically available in the contact record.

Navigate to the contact record of the lead you'd like to chat with and find the 'View Conversation' button.

The chat box will open with the past conversation readily available.

From there, you can respond to the chats as needed and they will be shown as sent from the Agent they're assigned to.
