Export Overview
If you need to work your lead database outside of the CRM, you can use the 'Export Contacts' function within the Smart CRM. This tool will generate a CSV file and email it directly to you.
Export Limitations
You may only export the contacts that you own.
Your contacts are the ones that sign up directly on your personal btPRO website or that you've imported, or that you're automatically dropping into your CRM via the lead dropbox.
You can check ownership in the Smart CRM at any time by using the 'Columns' dropdown on the right and enabling 'Owned By'.
How to Export Your Contacts From btPRO
Exporting All Contacts You Own
To export ALL contacts you own into a CSV file:
Click on Smart CRM
Click on 'More Actions'
Click on 'Export Contacts'
Enter the desired email address to send the file to.
Click 'Export'
Your export will be sent from: no-reply@kvcore.com and the subject of the email will be: 'A Lead Export Has Been Shared With You'
Exporting Filtered Contacts You Own
Click on Smart CRM
Click on Filters
Select your desired lead filters
Apply filters
Click on 'More Actions'
Click on 'Export Contacts'
Enter the desired email address to send the file to.
Click 'Export'
Your export will be sent from: no-reply@kvcore.com and the subject of the email will be: 'A Lead Export Has Been Shared With You'.
