Zillow Tech Connect Overview
Zillow Tech Connect allows agents to automatically send all new Zillow leads to btPRO. Zillow Tech Connect can be configured at the Agent, Team, or Company level!
How to Locate Your Zillow Key
Login to btPRO.
Click on 'Lead Engine'.
Select 'Lead Dropbox' on the right-hand side of the page.
Select and copy the appropriate Zillow Key, depending on how you want your leads to be owned and assigned in btPRO. For example, if you want all leads to be owned by and assigned to yourself in the Smart CRM, select the 'Agent' Zillow key.

NOTE: If you are an Admin, you will have access to all entity keys and Dropbox email addresses along with your personal Agent keys. Please be careful which email you copy as it will determine ownership in the Smart CRM.
How to Configure Zillow Tech Connect with btPRO
Log into Premier Agent HERE.
Find your photo on the upper right and navigate to 'Settings'.
Click on “App Integrations” under “General” in the menu on the left side of the page.
Click the “Link app” button under the One-Way Integrations section and select your CRM in the “Partners” drop-down menu, click “Next”,
Select the option for Inside Real Estate.
Paste your Zillow Key (aka Zillow Tech Connect ID) from your Lead Dropbox page and click 'Save'.
Zillow Tech Connect for Team-Owned Leads
btPRO can identify when an agent has received a Zillow lead owned by a Team Leader/Team account, so the assignment in btPRO matches the assignment in Zillow. This also ensures Team Leaders have access to all team Zillow leads even when they're assigned out.
When btPRO detects a lead has been routed through Zillow Tech Connect Concierge, the system will also verify if it's connected to a team. The lead will be added to btPRO and it will be owned by the Team entity and assigned to an Agent.
Ownership can be viewed in the btPRO within a contact record under "System Source". This is true even when accounts have "ownership" turned off.
Configuring Zillow Tech Connect for Teams
In order for btPRO to assign Team owned Zillow leads to the appropriate Agents, the Team Leader must configure Zillow Tech Connect at the Team level AND each Agent must configure Zillow Tech Connect at the Agent level.
