Zapier Overview
Zapier allows Agents to integrate 3rd party lead sources to btPRO when there isn't a native integration and email parsing via Lead Dropbox isn't supported.
Many lead sources have apps available within Zapier, which can be used to push leads into btPRO via the 'kvCORE' Zapier app.

Locating your Zapier Key
Login to btPRO.
Click on 'Lead Engine'.
Select 'Lead Dropbox' on the right-hand side of the page.
Select and copy the appropriate Zapier Key, depending on how you want your leads to be owned and assigned in btPRO. For example, if you want all leads to be owned by and assigned to yourself in the Smart CRM, select the 'Agent' Zapier key.

NOTE: If you are an Admin, you will have access to all entity keys and Dropbox email addresses along with your personal Agent keys. Please be careful which email you copy as it will determine ownership in the Smart CRM.
How to Create a 'Zap' to Send Leads to btPRO
Get Access to the btPRO/kvCORE Zapier App
To get started, you must first use the Zapier Invite Link to access the btPRO/kvCORE app in Zapier.
Click on the Zapier Invite Link
Upon clicking the invite link, you will be prompted to log in to your existing Zapier account or create a new one.
After logging in, accept the invite.
You now have access to create 'Zaps' using the btPRO/kvCORE app.
How to Build a 'Zap' to Push New Leads into btPRO
When you're ready to create a 'Zap' to push new leads into btPRO, follow the below steps:
Log in to your Zapier account.
Click to 'Make a Zap'.
Select the 3rd party's app first.
Then, select the btPRO/kvCORE app to connect.
Example using HomeASAP Leads:
You will then be prompted to select what 'Trigger' you'd like to use and what Action to take in btPRO.
Select Create Contact (Post).
Click 'Try it' when prompted.
You will land on a new page that will allow you to connect your specific accounts and specify which data values to map to btPRO contact fields.
Click to expand the 'Trigger' and connect your account (steps will vary depending on the 3rd party source).
Once you've connected your 3rd party source account, click on the btPRO/kvCORE modal to expand it.
Expand 'Account' to paste your Zapier key from your btPRO account.
Once added, continue to 'Actions'.
In each field, select the related field from the 3rd party lead source from the dropdown lists that display.
When completed, click 'Continue'.
Click 'Test Step'.
If you receive an error, address the prompt and update the Zap as outlined.
Upon successful test, you'll see a test lead created in your btPRO account.
When ready - hit 'Publish' to start pushing any new leads into btPRO via Zapier automatically.
NOTE: Zapier will only push new leads that fit your Zap upon publishing. It does not work retroactively.
