Accessing Squeeze Pages
A squeeze page (or link) simply put is a link to a list of properties. However, it's truly an incredibly powerful tool within btPRO that can track statistics you need, in order to see how your advertising or other efforts are working. Essentially, using Squeeze Pages within btPRO allows you to see how many people have visited the Squeeze Page link, and how many people have signed up, as a result. Squeeze pages are a fan favorite - and now you can view your squeeze page history.
To create a Squeeze Page first scroll over the 'Lead Engine' tab from the main navigation on the left and select 'Build Squeeze Page'. Then you can select the type of squeeze page you'd like to create.
Admins Please Note: If you're creating a squeeze page for an entity or Agent other than yourself you'll want to choose the correct domain from the entity dropdown on the top left.
There are many types of squeeze pages that can be created using btPRO! Each has its own purpose and process.
How to Create a Single-Property Squeeze Page
When you want to advertise one particular property, you can use the Single-Property Squeeze builder. Single-Property Squeeze Pages point to one listing on your btPRO website, and the visits and leads generated are then tracked in btPRO.
Page Configuration
Source - Identifier source or "anchor" for the URL. This will tell you the "name" of your link when you review your click stats later! Ideally, you would give all your different links different sources/names so that you can identify each one separately.
You can find your source report on your New Leads under the 'referrer' label in your leads source information. To learn more about lead sources click here. The source will explicitly show what you enter here. If you leave the field EMPTY then the source will be "PPC" (Pay-Per-Click.)
Hashtag - Specify a hashtag for this squeeze link. This will add the hashtag to any leads that sign up from this link. It's excellent for connecting specific leads to specific squeeze links so you can see directly where they came from. To learn more about hashtags click here.
Listing ID - The actual MLS ID of the property you want to link to.
Property Views Allowed Before Registration - Set the number of properties you want visitors to be able to see before they are prompted to sign up to view more (2 is the default).
Please Note: Disabling registration/selecting 'never' defeats the purpose of squeeze pages and will not generate new leads for you.
Generate link
Once all of your criteria and configurations are set, you can generate your link.
Direct Link - This box will contain the full link with all of the criteria you set. This type of link is typically required for Google Advertisements.
Short Link - This box contains an abbreviated link that will take people to the same results. However, the link is a bit shorter which makes it usable for mediums like text messages and spaces like Twitter where the number of characters you're allowed to use in your post is very limited.
You can copy these links using the icon to the right of each box, and save them in a spreadsheet or text file in case you need them again in the future!

How-To Draw On Map
(Optional) - Type in a location at the top of the map to zoom the map to a more specific area you want to draw in.
Click the 'Draw Area' button.
Then, click consecutively to draw a polygon shape on the map until you trace back to your first click.
Please Note - You may only choose an area OR draw on map. You may not specify both.
Listing Type - Choose listing type; this can be any single property type or you can include multiple types.
Listing Status - If you have enabled geographical areas, you may filter by listing status as well. The listing statuses available will depend on what is available in your account (such as Active, Pending, and Coming Soon).

Showing Agency Listings Only
In the case that you'd like your Multi-Property Squeeze Page to showcase Agency listings only you can add "&showagency=1" to the end of the Squeeze Page link you create.
How to Create a Seller Squeeze Page
Please Note: Using the 'Sell' page directly as part of a lead funnel does have its uses. However, if you are running an advertising campaign, using Landing Pages to serve as the interface between the advertisement and the 'Sell' page will net you the best results. Pushing the 'Sell' page directly which uses the title "Instantly Find Your Home's Value" may not always speak to homeowners, and can attract renters as well. The 'Address Capture' option for Landing Pages would be the best bet for Seller advertising. However, if you are using some kind of call to action where you simply need an address capture form directly, the Seller Squeeze Page will work.

Posting on Facebook

How to Create a Custom Squeeze Page
In some cases, you will want to create a search of properties that have more criteria than what the Squeeze Page builder includes. Custom Squeeze Pages link to search results that may be more detailed than the Squeeze Page builder can generate.
On your btPRO website, you can create your own Squeeze Pages by hand if needed! This might be necessary in the case of keyword search options, which are generated with MLS data.
To create these links, go to your btPRO website, and perform a property search to get the exact results you want your potential leads to see.
Then, when you are satisfied with the search results you see displayed, copy the URL from the address bar of your browser:
Next, paste the URL into a text editor so it can be edited easily.
Here, you will manually add the pieces to the end of the URL that will make it a trackable squeeze page.
First, delete '#rslt' at the end.
Then, add the source and hashtag parameters by hand. You enter what you would like your source name to be, as well as the hashtag you want to be attached to the contacts who sign up.
Please Note: When entering a hashtag do NOT include the '#.'
&ppc=&addht=
You can then re-copy your newly formed custom Squeeze Page link and use it in your advertisements.
How to Create a Squeeze Page of Specific Properties
If you want to showcase a list of particular properties for an advertisement, you can build a Squeeze Page of them manually. To create a custom Squeeze Page of particular listings use the four main components shown below.
Your URL will have four components:
domain/index.php
+
?mlsids=
+
mls1,mls2,mls3,mls4 (as many mls ID's as needed.)
+
&ppc=SOURCE&addht=HASHTAG
The full URL for the custom squeeze page will look like this
-
kvcore-demo.com/index.php?mlsids=4805820,4820803&ppc=mycustomsource&addht=mycustomhashtag"
-
What makes it a Squeeze Page link is always the source and hashtag that you add to the end of the URL. This is what enables the tracking statistics that you will use to monitor your link and advertising performance in business analytics. So, when creating Custom Squeeze Page links, always remember to include those components at the end. The source and hashtag are the same as you would specify in the text box in any of the other squeeze link builders.
The other thing you will need is the collection of specific MLS numbers that you want to link to. We will simply separate them by commas.
This squeeze page will only show the listings you enter after "mlsids=".
Facebook Registration From Squeeze Pages
Clicks to your Squeeze Pages that come from Facebook display a special registration pop-up that shows Facebook as the only login option.
All Squeeze Page types will force visitors who click through from Facebook to use their Facebook account to register.
