When you send an email to one or more of your contacts within btPRO it will be tracked to their inbox and monitored. btPRO tracks the emails sent to your contacts and logs the date/time for different events.

When your contact opens the email it will be recorded to their Timeline and the icon to the right will change from a closed envelope to an open envelope with a drop-down arrow next to it that where you can see more information.

Opened: The receiver has opened the email in their browser or device

Clicked: The receiver has clicked a link or item within the email

Please Note: Email tracking software places an invisible image pixel in your
emails that can detect the exact time and date an email has been opened by
a recipient. Email opens can't be tracked when the image pixel can't
display.

For most of your contacts, this happens when their email provider doesn't
support images, when they've blocked images from displaying for content
concerns, or because images use extra data on a mobile device. For that
reason, tracking true opens is not something InsideRE can report for your
contacts.
