Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check which version of the app you have. Tap on the menu icon at the upper left corner, and look at the version number at the bottom.

  2. Update the app if a newer version is available on the app store

  3. If still experiencing issues, uninstall the app and reinstall, and restart the phone.

  4. If still experiencing issues, contact support via chat at the bottom right side of the dashboard or email via kvcore@insiderealestate.com. Be sure to include ALL of the following information: The type of phone (iOS, Android). Phone make/model, phone software version. Adding this information is SUPER helpful to our Product Team who designs the app.
